One of our client who is a Top developer in Dubai is seeking an experienced and results-driven Projects Manager to join their Real Estate Development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate development in Dubai, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to oversee multiple projects from inception to completion.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Project Planning and Initiation-Develop and define project scopes, objectives, and
deliverables in collaboration with senior management and PMC. Create detailed project plans,
including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Conduct
feasibility studies, site assessments, and due diligence to ensure project viability.
• Team Leadership Coordination-Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including
architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants. Facilitate effective communication and
collaboration among team members to ensure alignment and progress. Foster a positive and
productive team environment, promoting high standards of performance and accountability.
• Construction Oversight-Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring adherence to project
plans, timelines, and budgets. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and
compliance with safety regulations. Coordinate with PMC, Consultants, contractors and
subcontractors to resolve any construction-related issues.
• Budget and Cost Management-Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are
controlled and aligned with financial goals. Monitor expenditures, approve invoices, and
ensure timely payment to vendors and contractors. Implement cost-saving measures without
compromising project quality and integrity.
• Performance Tracking Reporting-Track project progress using appropriate tools and
techniques, ensuring milestones are met. Generate and present detailed status reports,
financial reports, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure
accurate and thorough documentation of project activities, decisions, and changes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related
field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (PMP, CPM, etc.) are a plus.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in project management within the real estate
development industry in UAE, out of which at least 5 years MUST be in Dubai.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale residential high rise projects from inception to
completion. Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project,
Procore).
• Strong understanding of real estate development processes, construction practices, and
regulatory requirements in Dubai.
• Must have exposure to Dubai Land department inspection and approval process particularly
off plan projects.
• Ability to manage multiple high rise residential projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks
effectively.• Experience with mixed-use developments, residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements
and timelines.
